Because each Mummae item is handmade with care, we do not offer refunds on purchases unless your item arrives damaged or defective. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products and want you to love what you receive.

By placing an order with Mummae LLC, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Exchange Policy. Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless an item is proven to be damaged or defective upon arrival.

Mummae LLC reserves the right to deny any return or exchange request that does not meet the conditions stated in this policy. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care, or general wear and tear.

Mummae LLC also reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any changes made.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or issue store credit, depending on the situation.

To request an exchange or credit for a damaged item, email us at mummaecreations@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All custom orders are final sale. Due to the personalized nature of these pieces, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom or made-to-order items unless they arrive damaged.

Cancellations

Cancellations may only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received in error or damaged upon arriva
